Refer a friend
If you refer a friend and they state your referral when booking you will receive £5 off your next treatment.
Group bookings
For mobile work and yard visits, if 4 or more additional clients book on the same visit you will all receive a 10% discount.
Travel costs
20 mile radius from LE67, mileage fee for anything over 20 miles is 40ppm, unless multiple bookings (3 or more) are made for the same area.
In compliance with the parameters of The Veterinary Act, all owners (equine & canine) will be required to sign a veterinary consent form upon arrival. If any circumstance should arise that is deemed outside of professional remit, GH Therapies will duly refer back to your vet for further assessment.
I am fully qualified and insured. All my papers can be viewed upon request.
Cancellation policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with GH Therapies it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We understand that ‘things happen’ and will take this into consideration, however if an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place without a warrantable reason, you may still be charged.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
