I saw Grace just before Christmas for a lower back and upper body massage. I’d been struggling with some shoulder pain for a while. Grace helped alleviate this pain alongside some other aches. First time I have had Grace out to my mare, this is the most informative and detailed assessment I have had through a sports therapist. 
She explained exactly what she was doing to the soft tissue. Showed me how and what she was doing.

This is the best experience I have had.

Couldn’t Recommend Grace enough, went today for a well needed sport massage. She’s helped ease some tension in my back and I generally feel so much better for it.

Grace was booked for a session with my dog. She was extremely friendly and made my sometimes nervous dog feel safe and secure. She was extremely knowledgable and explained what she was doing and how it would benefit my boy. She has provided us with exercise to work on to build up his balance Untill we are due out next session with her which we have already book in for a few months time

Grace was recommended to me by a friend for my horse who was displaying signs of muscle tension. Grace is extremely professional and very knowledgable. When it comes to aftercare or asking Grace for advice nothing is to much trouble. Her communication and customer service is exceptional. My mare had her first session today which I think she thoroughly enjoyed! Grace was amazing with Lily and pointed out all the areas she’s most Tight in. She also gave some great advice on ways to help improve these tight areas and some exercises to do during our schooling sessions! Grace came to see Stevie last week she was very knowledgeable and explained what she was doing. Grace was lovely and calm and Stevie seemed to enjoy the massage.
I’ve noticed that he seems more supple under saddle and in hand since he’s been done and we are enjoying doing the exercises and stretches Grace has kindly sent us . I will be booking in myself soon and him again in a few months

I can’t recommend Grace enough, after a well needed sports massage (and chat)! I am feeling so much better. Grace has helped relieve tension in my upper back that has been there for so long and gave very helpful tips and exercises to avoid any strains in the future and to also strengthen my back. If you are looking for a well needed sports massage or a nice relaxing treat, Grace is your girl!
